Congregations are relational systems but too few of our pastors understand working within and practicing natural systems approach in ministry. This series (Both February and March) will give valuable instruction in how systems therapy can liberate pastors for ministry and mission. The seminar and reading will address how church cultures work or fail to work through the breakdown of boundaries and provide solutions for pastoral effectiveness. Pastors familiar with Friedman and family systems work in congregations will find this an important refresher.
