2019 Retreat for Pastors Serving the Hispanic and Latino Community

The Duke Divinity School Hispanic House of Studies, in partnership with The Duke Endowment and, the North Carolina and Western North Carolina Conferences of the United Methodist Church, will hold its annual event, Sumérgete: Retreat for Pastors in Ministry with the Hispanic and Latino Community.  The retreat will be held April 29 to May 1, 2019 at Trinity Center in Pine Knoll Shores, NC.  At this retreat, we will immerse ourselves into the heart of the "Good Shepherd" through praise, worship, and theological reflection.  At this retreat we will learn from Rev. Dr. Alexia Salvatierra as she leads participants in a time of reflecting on “Faith Rooted Community Organizing.” For more information and/or to register, visit the  HHS Webpage.  The deadline to register is April 19, 2019.  The reduced registration cost is $150.
