Arriving at AC2023
Registration and Information for Annual Conference Attendees
Is it your first time at WNCC Annual Conference?
Welcome! All business sessions and worship services are held in Stuart Auditorium (a large, circular building by the lake shore between the Harrell Center and the Chapel). Upon arrival, your first stop should be The Terrace Hotel for registration, then head over to Stuart Auditorium to participate! (Perhaps check out the lower level of Harrell Center to see ministry displays on your way.) Please ask your pastor or district office if you have any questions as you prepare for your first conference. All the information you need to know, including important links, can be found on this and other Annual Conference 2023 pages!
The address for The Welcome Center at Lake Junaluska is 91 N Lakeshore Drive, Lake Junaluska, NC 28745.
Are you new to Annual Conference this year at Lake Junaluska? Join your Conference Lay Leader, John Crane for a New Attendee Orientation Zoom on June 6th at 7pm. Learn what to expect at AC2023 and how to prepare for Conference. We hope all our new attendees will join this Zoom call! If you're unable to join live, still register so that we can send you the recorded Zoom afterward.
Registration and Check-In
Registration and Check-In for Annual Conference will be open in The Terrace Auditorium (third floor) on the following dates:
- Thursday, June 15 @ 10:30am - 6pm

Please plan to visit registration to record your attendance and receive your conference materials (this includes the P&R Supplement Book and your Worship Book) before the first session.
