Registration and Information for Annual Conference Attendees
Registration and Check-In for Annual Conference will be open in The Terrace Auditorium (third floor) on the following dates:
- Thursday, June 16 @ 10:30am - 6pm
- Friday, June 17 @ 8:30am - 4pm
Please plan to visit registration to record your attendance and receive your conference materials (this includes the P&R Supplement Book and your Worship Book) before the first session.
**If you arrive after registration closes Friday, you can still get your name tag by visiting the Stuart Auditorium Usher Desk.
We are still accepting volunteers to assist with the check-in process! If you would like to help welcome the many people attending Annual Conference, please contact Marsha Patton.
Parking and Getting Around!
Parking is available in designated areas across the campus. There is parking close to lodging, but it is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis.
Persons are encouraged to park in the field behind the Welcome Center and take the shuttle. For those with Handicapped Passes, special parking is available in front of Stuart Auditorium, Harrell Center, and The Terrace. ALL parking on the second level under the overhang in The Terrace will be reserved for handicapped guests only. Drivers must yield to pedestrians in all crosswalks according to NC law!

Shuttle Services - The Lake Junaluska trolley and several buses will provide shuttle service between the Nanci Weldon Gym and the Welcome Center to Lambuth Inn and will ONLY stop at designated trolley stops, indicated on the map.
Food Options
Each hotel now has a small market by the front desk where guests can obtain sundries, drinks, and snacks. In addition to Food Court options, buffets are available in the dining facilities at The Terrace, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the Lambuth Inn buffet will be available for breakfast.
The Food Court is located between Stuart Auditorium and Harrell Center. Please bring cash in small denominations to pay for food.

Lodging Details for Guests staying at Lake Junaluska Properties
Check-Out - Regardless of your hotel or facility, please visit Bethea Welcome Center, 91 North Lakeshore Dr., Lake Junaluska, to check into your room after 4:00pm and obtain your pre-paid meal tickets.
Housekeeping - As part of the Lake Junaluska COVID protocol, to protect their staff, housekeepers are not providing daily housekeeping services. Guests are asked to leave dirty towels and/or trash outside their door for replacements, or contact the front desk if they need anything else.
Check-Out - All guests are asked to check out of their hotel rooms before 11am on the day of departure. On Sunday, June 19, guests are asked to check out before the 10am Closing Worship Service.
Other Helpful Info!
Schedules - Program and special event schedules will be distributed in the materials at registration in The Terrace Auditorium and posted in numerous locations around the campus.
Public Restrooms are located in the Bethea Welcome Center, the Nanci Weldon Gym, Kern Center, Harrell Center, Stuart Auditorium, and all hotels; see facility map below. Also, a portable, multi-stalled restroom facility will be located between Stuart Auditorium and Memorial Chapel.
First Aid Services are located in Harrell Center 101 (under the breezeway) on Friday and Saturday from 8:30am - 8:30pm.
In Case of Emergency - For medical or other emergencies, please call 911. It will connect to the Haywood County Sheriff's Office who will dispatch the appropriate persons, including Lake Junaluska Security.
