Welcome to the new Administration section of our conference website!
We have been working hard to convert our old admin site into a cloud-based, mobile-friendly, and secure platform that makes administrative tasks easier, so you can get back to focusing on ministry.
You will notice that our admin site is now managed within our main website, so no more having to worry about which site to go to for what, everything is found under one domain.
To the left (or bottom for mobile), you will find a directory of important administration pages. All of our forms and documents (including Journals, Charge Conference Forms, etc) can now be found in one central, sortable, and searchable location.
Starting Friday, September 21st, Churches and Clergy will have access to their Clergy and Church Dashboards, which will allow them to update their information, submit local leadership (formally LCLCL) and submit documents and forms.
As always, when you migrate data and change platforms, even in the spirt of improving and moving forward, there are some bumps in the road. You will note that not everything is available in the dashboards, yet! If you notice an error or something that needs fixing, please click here to submit a form. We won't be able to respond to every message, but we will work hard to fix any bugs and issues that arise. If you have a question, I ask that you start by checking the FAQ's to the left and seeing if your question is answered there. If it is not, submit a contact us form and we'll work to get your question answered.
I hope you will join me in celebrating a momentous change to our administration website. Technology is changing at a rapid pace and we must keep up with it, if only for the benefit of it making our main task easier, which is ministry.
