AC 2021 Voting Information
Annual Conference members will receive their individual voting information with ID number through email (unless you requested a paper ballot). Here is what you can expect:
Annual Conference will begin at 10:00 a.m. Please log on early so that you don’t miss the announcements and a prelude that will happen just prior to 10:00 a.m.
We have changed the voting system for the conference meeting after experiencing problems with the current provider. You will find a link to a new voting system below, as well as all of the information you need to vote afterward. The polling will open after the livestream is complete and remain open until midnight Eastern Time. Voting will not work until turned on after the livestream session is complete.
When voting is live, please visit https://www.wnccumc.org/votenow to be forwarded to the ElectionBuddy voter login. You will then need to type in your id and your last name. Your ID should have already been emailed to you on June 7th or 8th. The email including your ID is from email@example.com. If you cannot find this email in your inbox, please check all junk folders before contacting the help desk. If you have any trouble, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you received a paper ballot, please mark it and return by Wednesday, June 16.
